mmstudent_sh3_logos.jpgChristina’s two-year old Gateway W340UI had some decent specs—a 1.73-GHz Dual Core Pentium processor, discrete ATI graphics, 1GB of RAM, 120GB hard drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium—but a cracked screen meant that she and her system were chained to an external monitor. LAPTOP helped this soon-to-be graduate student by fixing her screen, souping up the system, and adding all the accessories she’ll need to be mobile at school.
