Finding the right Bluetooth headset for a power cell phone user isn't as easy as it seems. Though they're fairly ubiquitous and many mid-priced models have clear sound and pickup, small things like ill-fitting earpieces can make them unusable. Here's what to look for when shopping for a set.
Comfort and Fit: You can't always test out how well the earpiece fits before buying, but be sure to look for an earhook that has some traction and rotates, like the Aliph New Jawbone. Smooth, immobile earhooks won't keep the headset in place very well.
Ear Tips: Rubber tips are best for helping to stabilize a headset and keep it comfortable all day long.
Car Charger: Most headsets don't come with a car charger, but those that do are a great choice for ultra-mobile power users.
