5-Asus-EeePC_customization_shIf you've been lucky enough to get your hands on one of Asus' head-turning Eee PCs, then you're probably aware of the utter simplicity of the desktop experience. We set out in search of ways to change Xandros' default Simple Mode into something a bit more our style. Check out some of these awesome tips that will let you add video functionality to Skype, switch into full-desktop Advanced Mode, and more.
 
Keep in mind that there may be multiple ways of doing these things, but the following are what we've found easiest.
 
To kick us off, here's a freebie to help with window management. An EEE PC user will want to know how to navigate around the desktop by moving those large windows that take up the whole screen. The best way to do this is by holding the Alt keys at the same time. The cursor will then turn into a star, allowing you to move the window in any direction.
