Add Apps to the Acer Aspire one

Install software in the Linux version of Acer's Aspire one

Steps / Versions:
Print

aspire_one_desktop_introOne of our reservations about the Acer Aspire one is the fact that you cannot easily add applications to its Linpus Lite Linux operating system. While Acer did a fine job of creating an easy and straightforward user interface, advanced users will want to be able to tweak the operating system's settings, and access the package manager so they can install additional applications or upgrade thsoe which come preinstalled.
